After 2 years of outbreak, Mistix Men officially present you Lost Valley Gathering
2022 – an intimate outdoor physical event for music and camping lovers. The venue will be
surrounded by thick forest and river. Hilltop yoga, thrift and art market, food trucks are available on
site as part of event activities.

TICKETING AND EVENT ACCESS :

1. Ticket purchase are only available thru Tapau.Asia website
2. Fill up your personal details such as email, phone number and address
3. Only one (1) ticket is allowed to purchase per transaction
4. Once payment is done, you’ll receive email confirming your order number and details
5. You’ll not receive a physical tickets
6. During the event day, proceed to registration counter with your email/copy of receipt to claim your event wristband.

1. I want to ask so many thing about the event, who should I call or whatsapp?

2. I only want to enjoy music / I don’t want to stay overnight, how much should I pay?
   There’s only one type of ticket for entry, you can go back after music end but you’ll be missing the overnight vibe and yoga in the morning.
3. I don’t have tent, do you provide tent rental?
   This is Bring-Your-Own-Tent event. However there are few tent rental operator in Klang Valley that renting out camping equipment set. Do contact us at 011-1299 8480 for recommended operator.
4. Can I bring my kids to the event?
   Yes, Kids below 12 years old are free of charge. However, they must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. Again, there will be noise at night and all risk is on your own.
5. Can I transfer my physical ticket to someone else?
   Yes, you may. But you will have to send an email to ambiearn@gmail.com and whatsapp us at least 7 days before the event to inform us of the ticket transfer. Please include the new ticket holder’s full
   name, IC and mobile number in your email
6. Can I get a refund on my ticket if something shows up and I can’t attend the show?
   Unfortunately, there will be no refunds. All ticket sales are final
7. Can I attend the physical event if I am only half-vaccinated?
   Only fully vaccinated for 2 weeks and above are allowed into the venue. Our door staff will have every right to turn away any guests that do not meet this basic requirement.
8. Will there be food and drinks to be bought at the venue? Can I cook at the campsite?
   Yes. There will be few food trucks operator on site. Cooking is allowed but please bring your own BBQ set or stove as no open fire allowed at campsite.
9. What COVID Guidelines are there?
   Lost Valley Gathering is in constant contact with local and state health authorities and are constantly monitoring the ever changing situation in regards to the health threats posed by the Covid 19 pandemic and the ever evolving policies mandated by the government authorities due to those threats. We will be implementing all necessary precautions to make sure the event will be a safe and fun event for all involved, or else (nauzubillah) we will have to postpone the date.

Entrance to Lost Valley Gathering is at your own risk. Ambiearn Venture, event organizer, is immune from liability for lost or injuries to persons or property at or on the Lost Valley Gathering (the “Site”).

Admission tickets are valid for two day only. Not for sale or resale. No Refunds. The event is a rain or shine event. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and if so are void. Ambiearn reserves the right to deny admission or eject any person violating LVG’s rules, local, state, or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive by management.

Persons entering the Site hereby consent to having their names, images and/or likeness, writing, biographical information or recordings of their voices captured or reproduced in any medium, forever and throughout the world, for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising or any other purpose by Ambiearn Venture, or its affiliates, respective successors and assigns, contractors, partners or the media. Persons entering the Site may be subjected to search for illegal or unauthorized items which are expressly forbidden on the Site and subject to confiscation.

Performers, programs, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Ambiearn reserves the right to limit access to any stage to prevent hazardous overcrowding. Sale or distribution of any materials without the written consent of Ambiearn could result in ejection or arrest.
